Pink Beauty radish

A classic spring radish. Pink skin, white flesh, sweet, spicy, crunchy. A bit larger than average. What else is there to say?
Note: Unfortunately I failed to photograph some of my crops in 2025. Life was a bit too busy. I am sorry now, but what can one do in winter? Draw, of course. I suspect I wouldn’t win artistic competitions, but… I will try to take pictures next time.
Annual. Plant as soon as the soil can be worked, 1” apart in rows 4” apart; thin to 2”. Growing tip: try planting them in a cold frame. They should be ready for harvest about the time you want to transplant peppers into the cold frame.
